CUSTOMIZED BOARD TRAINING SESSIONS


Many Boards are not as proficient and competent as they are required to be because their members are not clear about their corporate, legal or individual responsibilities.

With the objective of supporting Boards to become more proficient and resourceful, we carefully assess the needs of your organization and facilitate half-day or day educational sessions for the Board. Agendas and materials are specially customised and designed for your Board and executive staff to focus on specific governance issues.

We use an array of techniques, including dynamic presentations, real life case studies, and small- and full-group discussions. Such sessions can be incorporated into regular Board meetings or scheduled as a special Board training activity.
