Through our work we have been exploring and looking at why two businesses, operating in the same arena and providing the same products or services, can have astonishingly diverse outcomes and results. We have investigated 'What makes one business continually prosper and flourish, whilst the other struggles and is unable to make ends meet?' How can one leadership team run a highly successful business with ease, joy and glory, and another leadership team work day and night only to see their business fall short? What we have discovered has been truly transformational.

We have discovered that behind every successful business is a truly Conscious Leader who cultivates a culture of consciousness within their organisation. Generally, we have discovered that there is no such thing as a successful or unsuccessful business; however, there are conscious, unconscious or anti-conscious chief executives, leaders, entrepreneurs and bosses who run, control and manage businesses.

Chief executives and leadership teams of organisations powerfully shape the identity and behavioural norms for the group. They strongly direct and persuade the decisions the people make, how they perform, how they feel and the way they interact with others inside and outside their organisation. They influence employee's enthusiasm and impetus.

The greater the level of consciousness of the leaders,
the greater the success of the business.
