The Spirit of Conscious Leadership Everyone has infinite potential to be a conscious leader. Being conscious is the very process of expansion and being expansive; it has nothing to do with new age concepts or the latest fads or beliefs. Consciousness is a choice, just as unconscious and anti-conscious are choices. People who choose leadership or who are given the opportunity to be a leader, have three choices that they can make. They can choose to be a Conscious leader, an Unconscious leader, or an Anti-conscious leader. This Chapter explains and illustrates these three notions.
